We believe that introducing new products to the market is an act laden with environmental and social responsibility
S-Moove® is a system designed to ensure real product sustainability through:

materials and processing techniques that ensure product durability and minimize waste.
The main material used is birch plywood, a material with excellent structural characteristics. Accidental damage does not necessitate replacements and can be easily repaired. It is processed using laser cutting, a technique that, with careful design, allows for excellent waste minimization.

When there is a need to empty the van for other uses, S-Moove can be used at home, is easy to transport, stack, and assemble.

total maintainability by the owner.
By not using the composite materials commonly used in the camper sector (composite panels with chipboard or honeycomb structure covered by laminates) but a durable material like birch plywood, the possibility of repairing any damage is ensured. Furthermore, it is designed to reduce components and use common screws that can always be found without forcing the use of expensive spare parts that may be lacking over time. Even the screws, being common, can be reused in other contexts.

The design of each system element seeks to identify the maximum number of functions that a single element can perform. The modules are simultaneously containers, seats, and tables. Accessories like stools in turn become tables. The fabric wall unit system is integrated into the blackout system.

recyclable materials.
The main material, birch plywood with ureic glue, is certified and belongs to the E1 category for formaldehyde emissions. Although the material is recyclable and disposal through combustion is comparable to raw wood, we are aware that the presence of glues is a weakness in terms of sustainability. The characteristics outlined above, however, lead us to prefer it over solid wood, which would not allow us to create equally versatile and therefore sustainable products in a longer-term perspective. Moreover, the aforementioned characteristics related to durability, maintainability, and multifunctionality ensure a long product life.
As for closure materials, we work with a diversified range of fabrics, from PVC-coated, not ecologically adequate but long-lasting, to natural fabrics.

We have opted for a production system based on collaboration between Italian manufacturing companies. A network of small manufacturing realities that operate in compliance with environmental requirements and full protection of workers. A precise choice to keep S-Moove as "light" as possible, avoiding the establishment of a new structure in the territory and the related impact.
